When a man is found dead in an abandoned high-rise office space, Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) is called upon when Detectives Fontana and Green discover her number displayed on the DOA's cell phone. The trail leads them to a money-laundering ring and two cunning women -- Lorraine Dillon and April Troost -- who previously avoided conviction for fraud and extortion in case involving Benson.
